I was impressed by several aspects during my stay at the hotel. Most notably, the cleanliness of the room and the quality of its furnishings, as the beds were comfortable and the furniture was elegant. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the lighting arrangements and the high-quality hospitality amenities. The shared facilities, like the gym and the swimming pool, were clean and well-organized. Overall, I admired the interior design of the hotel and the staff’s commitment to ensuring guest comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to especially thank Manar and Omar at the reception. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with big smiles and made me feel at home. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, especially when I had some issues renewing my booking-they made the process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. also want to thank Fatima Salah and Mohamed Yassin from housekeeping for their excellent service. They always greeted me with a smile and kept everything clean and comfortable. Whenever needed something, both the reception and housekeeping responded quickly and kindly. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable!

A beautiful hotel, especially for families. Excellent location in Nasr City, near City Stars Mall, and most of the shops and cafes. The place is very safe, the staff are extremely cooperative. Mr. Omar El Gendy, Ms. Manar, Ahmed, Omar, Ahmed El Aswany, and Islam are at your service, and they are all wonderful, which makes your vacation wonderful.

Everything from. A to Z was really good. I was on the 9th floor, room 929 and The housekeeping Mohammed Yaseen was excellent with great communication and made us feel at home. The guest relations Rana was also polite and helpful with room calls to.ask if our stay was good and I we needed anything and also came in person to see us. The staff in the arco Lounge were fantastic Mr Islam with great English and interesting football discussions on the Premier League along with waiter Romany very good and cheerful. The breakfast was nice and filling. No problems with money exchange from the ATM available in the lobby. I would definitely book this hotel again.

the location is good . the room is small but clear . the housekeeper fatma in floor 9 was really nice. I was very ill and she took care of me like a sister . thanks for her . she make me feel like home .

The stay exceeded all my expectations! It was perfect, with a delightful amazing breakfast and a fantastic, attentive team that was always ready to assist. The room was wonderful—I especially loved the comfortable sheets, the view, and the thoughtful amenities. The air conditioning was excellent and absolutely essential. I would definitely return! -I already stayed at this hotel and for me the loacation is super convenient. City stars Mall is 5 minutes walk away and behind the hotel lots of restaurants and coffee shops. -The breakfast quality & Variety has improved significantly....During my previous stays breakfast was very poor. -Except one receptionist, the staff are nice and helpful!

Clean, good furniture, great location ,Tivoli plaza is on the outer side of the hotel, it’s a food nation with lots of restaurants and also very near to city stars mall, breakfast is good with lots of varieties however it’s better to teach early, the staff are cheerful compared to the previous staff, And very helpful, helped me in early checkin and late check out as well.
